Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and choose clients, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients; you bring expertise and safety, delivering personalized lesson plans and tracking progress for individuals of all ages and skill levels across local areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience required.
• Able to create and modify lesson plans based on student ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
