InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, creating personalized plans, traveling to locations, ensuring safety, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
