Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and can choose clients to work with, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include conducting 1-on-1 or small group lessons, creating personalized plans, traveling to locations, and ensuring student safety while delivering effective instruction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
