Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with; payments are processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, traveling to pools, tracking progress, and ensuring student safety at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
