Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across local areas. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support throughout the process. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, being 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a positive, professional attitude when working

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive and trackable learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
