Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson with flexible scheduling and payment within 24 hours.

We cover liability insurance and provide client matches based on your area and availability. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and can begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
