Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You set your schedule, choose which clients to work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a swim instructor you will conduct 1-on-1 or small group lessons, travel to local pools, create personalized lesson plans, assess progress, ensure safety, and deliver a fun, trackable learning experience while earning $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
