Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools. You set your schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with options to work with selected clients in your area across the US.

We offer the chance to earn $40–$70 per hour, depend­ing on location and experience, while you provide personalized instruction and ensure student safety in a flexible, mobile work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Able to create personalized lesson plans and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
