Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and earn competitive pay while helping swimmers of all ages improve their skills.

Earn $40-$70 per hour per lesson, with payments processed within 24 hours. InstaSwim provides clients, adds you to their general liability policy, and covers background checks—so you can focus on great instruction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
