Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply the clients, and you decide which matches to take.

We offer insurance coverage and cover background checks, with quick onboarding so you can start within 24–48 hours after interview. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with local travel and flexible opportunities across your area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience while ensuring safety.
