Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across US locations. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients, support, and strong earning potential with the flexibility to choose clients. Must be US-based with work authorization and hold CPR/First Aid certificates or be willing to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
