Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. We supply the clients and you set the schedule, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and the ability to tailor lesson plans. InstaSwim provides background checks and liability coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
