Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally; we supply the clients.

Earn $40-$70 per hour per lesson and get paid within 24 hours after each session. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18 years or older, CPR and First Aid certifications, reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student1s ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student1s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
