Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning $40–$70 per hour for each lesson. We provide the clients, you provide the expertise.

You must have at least 2 years of instruction, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), have reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Payments are processed within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US work authorized.
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Able to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
