Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel to nearby locations, with payments processed quickly.

You will conduct private and small group lessons, develop customized lesson plans, ensure safety, and provide a fun, tracked learning experience. Must have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
