Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson.

You’ll travel locally, create custom plans, and ensure safety at all times while delivering engaging instruction. Qualifications include at least 2 years of experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of private swim instruction experience or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations in your area.
• Create tailored lesson plans based on each student’s ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet goals.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience for students.
