Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel to local locations for lessons, with payments processed quickly after each session.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional, positive attitude with children and adults.
• Confident creating personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.
• Own swim instruction equipment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
