Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support, while you bring expertise and safety to learners of all ages. Must have 2+ years experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Based in the US and willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and access to swimming equipment if needed.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations safely.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
