Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Teach private and small group sessions, tailor lesson plans to each student’s ability, travel locally, ensure safety at all times, and enjoy flexible, rewarding work with InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Travel to clients' pool locations and ensure safety at all times.
