Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US, with you setting your own schedule and travel to local pool locations. We supply clients; you set the schedule. Earn $40-$70 per 1 hour lesson, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
