Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and travel locally. Earn $40–$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and handle onboarding, while you deliver safe, personalized instruction tailored to each swimmer's level. Requirements: at least 2 years swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization with reliable

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
