Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and earn $40–$70 per one-hour lesson, with payments processed quickly after each session.

InstaSwim covers you with general liability insurance and offers client matches based on your area and availability. A background check is required, and onboarding can be completed quickly so you can start teaching within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
