Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and travel to local locations.

InstaSwim pays quickly—typically within 24 hours after each lesson—and adds you to its general liability policy. Background checks are provided, onboarding can begin within 24-48 hours after interview, and you can earn $40-$70 per hour with safety first approach.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
