Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role offers flexibility, local travel opportunities, and the chance to earn competitive pay while delivering personalized instruction. Must have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations safely.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess and monitor progress, adapting lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, safe and structured learning experience.
