Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and pools nationwide. You set your own schedule, travel to local pools, and earn $40–$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients, general liability coverage, and ongoing support. Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a background check completion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
