Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel to client locations.

InstaSwim offers flexible scheduling, local travel radius, insurance coverage, and a continuous stream of client matches. Background checks are covered, with onboarding enabling you to start in 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
