Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, and payments are processed quickly, often within 24 hours after each lesson. You choose which clients to work with and receive support throughout your teaching journey.

We support instructors with liability coverage, client matches based on your area, and a straightforward onboarding process so you can start teaching within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
