Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning while you teach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and equipment as needed.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to student ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Travel safely to client locations and schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Provide fun, full and tracked learning experiences.
