Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can choose clients, with payments processed quickly after each lesson.

Trainers travel locally and are added to our general liability policy. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certs (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Able to create personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
