InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, work locally, and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Travel to local pools and receive client matches based on your availability.

Qualifications include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and US work authorization. Reliable transportation and a professional attitude are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
