InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company hiring experienced instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, valid transportation, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans. Flexible, supportive team and quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
