Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking experienced instructors to teach in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Your role includes conducting private and small-group lessons, traveling to client locations, creating tailored lesson plans, ensuring safety, and delivering a fun, tracked learning experience. Requires 2+ years of instruction and CPR/First Aid certs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
