InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company hiring professional instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson and inclusion in our liability policy.

We value experienced instructors with CPR/First Aid, reliability, and a strong ability to tailor lessons to individual students. Background checks are provided and supported during onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
