InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company that connects professional instructors with clients across the US. You can teach in private homes or community pools, set your own schedule, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You control which clients to work with and travel locally with support and insurance coverage. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, are at least 18, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), have US work authorization,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
