Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally with fast, often same-day payment after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and adds you to our general liability policy, with flexibility to choose clients and area. Quick start and supportive onboarding help you begin within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
