Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and decide which clients to work with, earning competitive pay by teaching what you love.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour, with payments processed quickly (often within 24 hours after each lesson). Travel is local, insurance coverage is provided, and background checks are covered to help you

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
