Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. We supply the clients and you set the schedule, earning competitive pay. Earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed quickly, often within 24 hours.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Based in the US and have US work authorization.
A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
