Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools throughout the US. You set your own schedule, earn $40-$70 per hour, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Travel to local client locations is required.

We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy. Background checks are covered, and onboarding can begin quickly after interview, with opportunities to match with clients in your area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of private swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from client locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, safe learning experience and ensure student safety at all times.
