Job summary

InstaSwim is recruiting experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and we supply the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, travel locally, and enjoy insurance coverage through our program. Background checks are included, and onboarding can begin quickly to start delivering lessons right away.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Based in the US with work authorization.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
