Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, travel locally, and earn competitive pay.

Earn $40-$70 per 1 hour lesson with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. Applicants should be 18+, have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid (or willingness), US work authorization, reliable

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
