Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools in your area and surrounding cities. You set your own schedule and you are paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors choose clients and work radius, with potential to earn $40–$70 per hour. We provide clients and liability coverage as part of our program, and onboarding can be quick (24–48 hours after interview).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US residency and work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
