Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' private homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with opportunities to work with clients in your area.

We supply the clients and add you to our general liability policy; you’ll have the flexibility to choose what clients to work with and travel locally for lessons, earning $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor student’s progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
