Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US, including your area. You set your schedule, travel to client locations, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and insurance coverage as part of the partnership. The role emphasizes safety, personalized lesson plans, and delivering engaging instruction to all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
