Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments in as little as 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants bring at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. You will create personalized lesson plans and ensure safe, effective lessons for every student.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
