Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet students' and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
