Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule while we supply the clients, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As part of InstaSwim, you’ll join a national network of instructors, travel to local pool locations, and provide tailored, safe instruction for learners of all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
