Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and we supply the clients; you choose which clients to work with and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a clean background check. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and based in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
