Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel locally and select clients to work with while earning $40-$70 per hour. Must have at least 2 years of experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid certifications or be willing to obtain them, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
