Job summary

InstaSwim hires professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. You’ll travel locally, receive liability insurance coverage, and have regular client matches based on area and availability.

Background checks are covered, and onboarding can begin within 24-48 hours. Qualified instructors have at least 2 years of experience, are 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation earned/in place.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
