Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company seeking professional private instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose the clients you work with, and travel to locations with flexible hours.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients and support while adding you to our liability policy; background checks are covered and onboarding can begin

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
